$35-$40/hour (W2)
👧 THE CHILD
1 preschooler (ages 3-5) who thrives with structure and play-based learning
🎯 YOUR ROLE
You'll provide engaging, developmental care including:
• Leading structured, play-based activities that support communication and emotional regulation
• Managing the day independently using a provided schedule
• Smoothly anticipating and handling transitions
• Driving to 1-2 scheduled appointments or activities per shift (your reliable vehicle)
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Running errands
✨ IDEAL CANDIDATE
We're looking for someone who is:
• Calm, proactive, and highly organized
• Experienced with special needs (BT/RBT/OTA/SLP-A/preschool/early intervention background strongly preferred)
• Comfortable with pets
• A confident, independent caregiver

• Valid California driver's license & current CA insurance
• Your own reliable vehicle
• CPR certification
