Join a military family and make a real difference!
We're seeking a patient, nurturing caregiver for our wonderful 3-year-old son who is neurodivergent and loves art, music, and outdoor adventures. This is a perfect opportunity for someone experienced with neurodivergent children who enjoys creating engaging, hands-on activities.
**Position Details:**
• Dates: March 9-31, 2026
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (times may vary slightly)
• Location: Washington, DC (military base)
• Pay: $20-$25/hour
• Type: Ad hoc/Casual babysitting
**What You'll Do:**
• Plan and lead fun outings (library, park, walks, playdates)
• Accompany to therapy appointments in Calverton, MD
• Prepare light meals and snacks
• Support independence and motor skill development
• Provide limited/no screen time
• Create a calm, engaging environment
**Requirements:**
• Experience with neurodivergent children
• Own transportation with valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Pass background check
• Military base access eligibility
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get trained)
• References or resume required
