Mother's Helper - Work From Home Support

Join a Dallas family as a Mother's Helper! Support a work-from-home parent while caring for their precious 0-11 month old baby.

**Your Role:**

Provide compassionate childcare support during the parent's online meetings and work hours. You'll be part of a team environment where the parent is home, but your professional care makes all the difference.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and engage baby with age-appropriate, educational activities

• Diaper changes and bottle preparation/feeding

• Laundry care - washing and organizing baby's clothes

• Light housekeeping support

• Warming meals as needed

• Create a safe, loving environment where both baby and parent thrive

**Schedule:**

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

(Part-time, 18 hours/week)

**Location:** Dallas, TX (In-Home)

**Compensation:** $11-15/hour

**Start Date:** February 28, 2026
