**About the Family:**
We're an established DC family expecting our third child and seeking an experienced, proactive caregiver to join our household. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term position with a family that values warmth and organization.
**The Role:**
You'll provide loving care for three children (currently ages 2, 7, and a newborn on the way) and help our family run smoothly.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• School drop-off and pick-up for our 7-year-old
• Engaging after-school activities and care
• Children's laundry and light tidying of child areas
• Meal preparation (dinner 3x per week)
• Occasional grocery shopping and errands
• Support as our family grows with the new baby
**Schedule & Compensation:**
Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm (36-40 hours/week)
Competitive pay: $22-35/hour DOE
Live-in arrangement included
**What We're Looking For:**
• Valid driver's license with a strong driving record
• Experience caring for multiple children of varying ages
• Comfortable with international travel for extended periods
• Organized, proactive, and genuinely warm demeanor
• Commitment to a long-term role
