We're looking for a caring, energetic babysitter to join our San Diego family! We need a second sitter to complement our existing part-time caregiver, plus a backup option for when our primary sitter isn't available.
**About Your New Little One:**
Our 9-month-old boy is sweet, intelligent, curious, and loves exploring the world around him. He's playful and thrives on outdoor adventures!
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Plan engaging activities and playtime to support learning and development
• Handle meals, bottles, and nap time
• Take him to the park next to our home for fresh air and exploration
• Bring creativity and possibly Montessori-inspired approaches to keep him engaged
**About Our Family:**
Dad works from home, and mom is sometimes home. We're looking for someone reliable, warm, and passionate about early childhood development.
**What We Need From You:**
• Non-smoker
• Your own transportation
• Comfort and confidence caring for infants
• Love of outdoor activities and child-led learning

Hourly Rate: $20-25
