Join a caring family in Chicago as a part-time nanny for an 8.5-year-old elementary student!
**About the Position:**
We're seeking a responsible, reliable caregiver to support our family with school mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekend help. Both parents work in the medical field with varying schedules, so flexibility and dependability are essential.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Morning routine: Help get child ready for school (M-F, 5:00am-8:30am)
• School transportation: Pick up/drop off with your own reliable vehicle (10-15 minute drive during rush hour)
• Afternoon care: After-school supervision and homework support (M-F, 3:15pm-7:15pm)
• Meal prep: Prepare dinner and healthy snacks
• Bedtime routine: Evening care and bedtime assistance
• Light household support: Laundry and light housekeeping as needed
• Pet-friendly home: Our family has 2 dogs (Alaskan Malamute and Golden Retriever) and 1 cat
**Requirements:**
✓ Valid driver's license and reliable car (required for school runs)
✓ Comfortable and experienced around pets
✓ Background check
✓ Trustworthy and punctual
**Compensation:**
$24-$30/hour based on experience
**Start Date:** May 1st, 2026
