Join a warm, thoughtful family in beautiful Lexington, MA as a full-time nanny for their joyful, curious daughter (ages 1-3). This is a wonderful opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a growing family expecting a second baby in early 2026.

• Plan age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Support routines, naps, and light child-related tidying
Ideal candidate:
• Passionate about outdoor play and nature-based learning
• Experience or interest in Montessori approaches is a plus (but not required)
• Own transportation required
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• Hourly rate: $20-30 (based on experience)
