ā¢ Help with bedtime routines
ā¢ Create a safe, nurturing environment
ā¢ Answer questions and provide comfort

ā¢ Reliable and responsible
ā¢ Warm, patient, and engaging
ā¢ Able to commit to the full 4-hour window
