We're looking for a caring, energetic childcare provider to work with 3 wonderful children (ages preschool through elementary) in Brockton, MA.
**What You'll Do:**
Provide afternoon care and support using positive behavioral techniques to help children develop communication, social, self-help, and play skills. You'll learn directly from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, professional environment.
**Your Day-to-Day:**
• Engage actively with children through play and interactive activities
• Be ready to get on the floor, bend, and keep up with the kids' energy
• Track progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure a safe, fun environment where children can thrive
**What We Need:**
• High school diploma + 12+ months childcare experience, OR Associate's degree + 6+ months experience
• Your own reliable car and valid driver's license
• Physical ability to play actively with children
• Commitment to supporting each child's individual goals
**The Details:**
Schedule: Monday-Sunday (7 days/week available)
Hours: 3:30pm - 8:30pm
Pay: $23-$29/hour based on experience
Start: Flexible
