Join our Gaithersburg family as a dedicated nanny for our infant and toddler! We're seeking a caring, experienced professional to provide comprehensive childcare and support.
**About the Role:**
This is a full-time position offering meaningful work with two young children in a warm, pet-friendly home. You'll play a vital role in their early development and daily care.
**Schedule:**
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
12:00 AM - 9:00 PM (with flexibility on exact hours)
Start Date: February 18, 2026 (flexible)
**Compensation:**
$23 - $26 per hour
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Provide attentive care for an infant and toddler
• Prepare nutritious snacks and meals
• Assist with bedtime routines and toilet training
• Support early learning and educational activities
• Provide care when children are ill
• Light housekeeping and age-appropriate tidying
• Run errands as needed
• Participate in nanny share arrangement with another caregiver
**What We're Looking For:**
• Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual)
• Multiple years of experience with infants and toddlers
• Valid driver's license and reliable car
• Comfortable and experienced with pets (we have a Shih Poo)
• Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
• Background check and references required
