Position Overview:
We're seeking a warm, patient, and organized babysitter to care for our five wonderful children spanning from infant to elementary school age. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-age environments.
Schedule:
Monday - Saturday
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Start Date: February 2, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and engage children across all age groups in safe, age-appropriate activities
• Assist elementary-aged children with homework in a supportive manner
• Prepare nutritious snacks and light meals
• Support toilet training milestones for younger children
• Create a nurturing, structured environment that encourages learning and play
What We're Looking For:
• Special needs experience (required)
• Experience caring for multiples or large sibling groups (required)
• Patient, responsible, and proactive caregiver
• Ability to manage multiple children with different developmental needs simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
Compensation:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
