About the Role:
This is a unique hybrid position combining childcare with household management. You'll support the family Monday-Thursday afternoons, 3:30pm-8:30pm. Some days will focus on the kids, while others emphasize keeping the home organized and running smoothly. We're looking for a proactive, organized person who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide after-school childcare for 4 children (ages 2, 6, 9, & 9)
• Help with homework and bedtime routines
• Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals
• Manage afternoon flow and activities
• Light housekeeping and tidying
• Handle laundry and light admin tasks
• Coordinate pantry/supply ordering and errands
• Help maintain household systems and organization
What We're Looking For:
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license (mileage reimbursed)
• Non-smoker
• Organized, proactive, and initiative-taking
• Experience with multiple children and household management
Compensation: $25-$30/hour, based on experience
