Join a Portland family during their special first days home with a newborn!
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced night nanny to provide overnight support during the critical postpartum period. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference during a vulnerable time.
**About the Role:**
Provide attentive nighttime care for a newborn in her first week of life while supporting the parents during recovery from a C-section. You'll work alongside the father to ensure the baby, mother, and household run smoothly during the night hours.
**What You'll Do:**
- Newborn care including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing
- Provide companionship and support to the family overnight
- Help maintain a calm, restful environment
- Care for the family's sweet, gentle small dog
**Schedule:**
Monday, March 2: 9pm-11:59pm
Tuesday, March 3: 12am-7am
Wednesday, March 4: 12am-7am
With potential for ongoing shifts as the family's needs evolve.
