We're seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide flexible childcare support for our 1-year-old in Baltimore. This is a great opportunity to work on your own schedule with a family that values teamwork and flexibility.
Position Details:
• Work Type: Part-time, flexible scheduling
• Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 6am-6pm (every other week)
• Pay: $18-28/hour (based on experience)
• Start Date: April 6, 2026
What You'll Do:
• Keep our infant happy, engaged, and well-cared for during the day
• Provide feeding, playtime, and age-appropriate activities
• Support our work-from-home environment by managing childcare independently
• Be part of a rotating team of caregivers
What We're Looking For:
• Non-smoker
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Experience caring for infants (0-12 months)
• Responsible, nurturing, and dependable
• Ability to work independently while parent works from home
