💰 Compensation:
$20-$24/hour
✨ Your Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, engaging supervision after school
• Support homework time and academic growth
• Prepare healthy snacks and light meals
• Organize fun playtime and activities
• Arrange school pickups or outings as needed

• Patient, reliable, and organized
• Genuine love for working with kids
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (required for pickups)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment
