**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced, passionate caregiver to support our family on days when mom needs to focus on client meetings. You'll work Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-4pm, providing engaging care and developmental activities for our friendly, easygoing little one.
**What Makes This Special:**
Our son was born prematurely (25 weeks), so we approach his milestones thoughtfully based on his developmental age. We're looking for someone with ECE/ECD background who's passionate about early childhood development.

Colloborate with us to create a light curriculum and activity plan tailored to support his developmental milestones and prepare him for preschool. This is a chance to truly partner with an engaged family who values your expertise and input.
**Requirements:**
• Experience with babies and young children (ECE/ECD background preferred)

**Compensation:**
$15-25/hour, starting March 9
