We're seeking a dedicated nanny to provide attentive, enriching care for our 1-3 year old daughter while we work from home in Minneapolis.
**Your Role:**
You'll create a nurturing environment focused on play-based learning and social development. Rather than independent play, we're looking for an engaged caregiver who encourages exploration, interaction, and age-appropriate activities.
**What We're Looking For:**
You have reliable transportation and are comfortable around pets. You're passionate about early childhood development and creating meaningful moments throughout the day.
**Schedule & Compensation:**
Full-time position starting February 26
Monday - Friday: 6am - 6pm (or negotiable full-time hours)
$17-25/hour based on experience
