Join our Fairfax family as an experienced babysitter for our wonderful preschool-aged child with special needs. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable caregiver who can provide personalized support and create a nurturing environment.
**Schedule:**
Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Flexible start date
**About the Role:**
You'll be responsible for supervising playtime, preparing healthy snacks, managing bedtime routines, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Light housekeeping and laundry support are also part of the position. You may occasionally help with school pick-ups or transportation needs.
**What We're Looking For:**
• Proven experience caring for children with special needs
• Comfortable and confident around pets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation
• Valid background check
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
**Compensation:**
$20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
