Looking for a caring and experienced babysitter to support our two wonderful boys (elementary and middle school ages) starting February 4th!
About the Role:
This is an occasional babysitting position with flexible, as-needed hours. We're seeking someone who can create a fun, safe, and engaging environment while meeting our children's individual needs.
What You'll Do:
• Supervise activities and encourage outdoor play (weather permitting)
• Prepare snacks and occasional meals
• Help with bedtime routines
• Handle light housekeeping tasks
• Provide a supportive, nurturing atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
• Experience working with neurodiverse children
• Comfort managing multiple children simultaneously
• Your own reliable car for transportation
• A warm, responsible approach to childcare
Compensation:
$27-$30 per hour
Location: Lexington, MA
