**About the Role:**
We're seeking a nurturing, engaging, and patient caregiver who will support our daughter's development and create a loving environment for her to thrive.
**Schedule:**
Monday & Tuesday: 8am-3:30pm
Wednesday-Friday: 8am-3pm
(Hours will increase as Mom's work schedule allows)
**Compensation & Benefits:**
$24-29/hour | Paid on the books | Start date: March 15 (flexible)
**Your Support System:**
Dad works from home full-time, and Mom is present Wednesday-Friday, so you'll have built-in support and collaboration.
**What We're Looking For:**
A non-smoker who is passionate about infant care and child development. Multilingual abilities are a plus—French or Spanish speakers especially welcome, though English fluency is what matters most.
