About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable, nurturing caregiver to provide flexible childcare on weekends and occasional weeknights. You'll create a safe, fun, and engaging environment where our active toddler can thrive.
Your Responsibilities:
• Feeding and snack/meal preparation
• Diaper changes and potty training support
• Interactive play and age-appropriate activities
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Bedtime routines
What We're Looking For:
• Reliable transportation (must have your own car)
• Genuine love for working with toddlers
• Nurturing, patient, and creative approach to childcare
• Ability to maintain a safe and fun environment
• Flexible schedule availability
Compensation & Details:
$20-$22 per hour | Flexible start date | Located near Eagan outlet mall
