🌟 About the Role
We're seeking a patient, observant, and highly attentive caregiver for our wonderful 7-year-old son who is autistic and minimally verbal. This is a chance to make a meaningful difference while providing excellent care.
👦 About Your Care Recipient
Our son communicates in his own unique ways and thrives with caregivers who are responsive and truly listen. He's potty trained but needs consistent supervision and support throughout the day to stay safe and comfortable.

Safety is our top priority. We need someone with:
• Experience with autism or special needs care
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive thinking
• Understanding of elopement risks and prevention strategies
• The ability to communicate patiently and observe behavioral cues
• A calm, reliable, and trustworthy demeanor

• Hourly Rate: $17-27
• Non-smoker required
