We're seeking a caring, experienced nanny to join our family and support the development of our 4-month-old daughter!
**About the Role**
This is a part-time position with potential to grow into full-time work. You'll provide nurturing infant care while helping maintain a clean, organized home. We're looking for someone reliable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about working with babies.
**Your Responsibilities**
• Infant care: feeding, naps, playtime, and milestone support
• Create and maintain routines that support baby's development
• Organize and restock the nursery
• Light housekeeping: laundry, tidying, vacuuming (baby-related)
• Run light errands as needed
• Maintain clear, regular communication with parents
**Schedule**
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am–9pm
**What We're Looking For**
• Proven infant care experience with strong references
• Current legal authorization to work in the US
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Non-smoker with own transportation
• Reliable and responsible team player
