**About the Role**
Work as a Behavior Technician supporting 3 children (ages 3-12) with autism. You'll learn Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) directly from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts while providing compassionate, hands-on therapy and support.
**What You'll Do**
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills through proven ABA methods
• Engage actively with children through play, creative activities, and age-appropriate games
• Build meaningful relationships while supporting each child's growth and development
• Track progress and maintain detailed records of each child's achievements
• Keep children safe and ensure a positive, supportive environment
**Schedule**
• Monday - Sunday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm
• Flexible start date
• 5-hour shifts
**Compensation**
$21 - $28/hour (based on experience)
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 semester of college coursework (current or completed)
• 6+ months paid experience with children, volunteer work with kids, or ABA experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable car for transportation
