Join a Hayward family as a trusted childcare provider for three wonderful young children (toddler and preschool ages).
**Schedule:**
Flexible start date around March 9, 2026
Morning hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Days: Monday-Friday (potential weekend flexibility)
**What You'll Do:**
• Provide safe, engaging care for multiple children
• Drive children to school and activities
• Prepare nutritious snacks and light meals
• Help with age-appropriate activities and learning
• Manage light housekeeping tasks
• Support the family's daily routines
**What We're Looking For:**
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Proven experience caring for multiple young children
• Energetic, reliable, and nurturing personality
• Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
**Compensation:**
$27 - $35 per hour, based on experience
