Join a caring family in Oakland, NJ as an evening babysitter for two wonderful children, ages 9 and 12.
**About the Role:**
This is a casual babysitting position perfect for someone who enjoys working with school-age children and has experience supporting kids with Type 1 Diabetes.
**Schedule:**
Start Date: March 20, 2026
Hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (flexible start time)
Availability: Daily (Mon-Sun)
**What You'll Do:**
• Supervise age-appropriate activities and ensure a safe, engaging environment
• Support bedtime routines and household oversight
• Provide diabetes management support (experience required)
• Build positive relationships with the children
**What We're Looking For:**
• Experience with Type 1 Diabetes management and care
• Comfort around pets (we have a small dog; no pet care required)
• Reliable, responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids
• First Aid certification and background check required
**Compensation:**
$18 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
