Looking for a warm, engaged babysitter to provide afternoon care for our 13-month-old in West Allis!
**About the Role:**
We need reliable childcare coverage Monday-Friday, 2pm-6pm to bridge our work schedules. You'll focus on what you do best: engaging with our little one through play, interaction, and enrichment activities.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Safety and supervision
• Diaper changes
• One mealtime
• Screen-free entertainment with toys and interaction
• Building a fun, nurturing environment
**What's NOT Your Job:**
Household cleaning, cooking, pet care—you're here for the child, period. Mom works from home but won't be available during your hours.
**About Our Home:**
We have a friendly medium-sized dog on the premises, so comfort with pets is essential.
**The Details:**
• Part-time: 20 hours/week (4 hours daily, M-F)
• Pay: $15-25/hour
• Start: February 17
• Non-smoker preferred
