Are you a warm, dependable caregiver looking for flexible work that fits your schedule? We're seeking a caring babysitter to provide occasional childcare support for two wonderful daughters (ages 2 and 4) in Minneapolis.
**About the Role:**
You'll provide flexible, on-call childcare when needed—no rigid schedule required! Your support helps when school/daycare closes, during sick days, or when a short break is needed. You'll also cover occasional weekend outings (roughly 3 times monthly) and some full-day shifts.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Provide attentive, nurturing care for young children
• Prepare meals and handle light household tasks
• Run errands and handle shopping as needed
• Be available for short-notice requests
• Ensure children's safety and well-being
**What We're Looking For:**
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with young children (ages 2 and 4)
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to respond to last-minute scheduling needs
• Meal preparation skills
**Compensation & Details:**
• $16–$20/hour
• Full-time flexible/on-call position
• Start date: February 28, 2026
• Based in Minneapolis, MN
