Are you a compassionate and experienced newborn care specialist looking for meaningful work with flexible scheduling?
We're seeking a dedicated Night Nanny to support a growing family during those crucial early weeks after baby comes home from the hospital.
**What You'll Do:**
Provide expert newborn care including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing techniques, and gentle monitoring throughout the night. You'll also assist mom with overnight routines, handle baby laundry, wash bottles and dishes, and manage light kitchen tidying.
**Your Schedule:**
4 days per week of flexible shifts:
• 3 overnight shifts: Midnight – 6:00 AM
• 1 daytime shift: Hours flexible to fit your needs
**Who We're Looking For:**
You have solid experience with newborns and young infants. You're reliable, calm, and naturally nurturing. You're comfortable with overnight work and ideally hold CPR/First Aid certification. You don't smoke, have your own reliable transportation, and are comfortable around pets.

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $15-$23/hour (based on experience)
Start: After hospital discharge (around September 1)
