Schedule: Flexible, as-needed basis
Hourly Rate: $25-$29/hour
**About the Role:**
We're seeking a nurturing babysitter with experience in infant care to join our family. You'll provide loving, attentive care while we're away, with responsibilities including feeding, diaper changes, and ensuring our little one's safety and comfort.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Feeding and diaper changes
• Bedtime routines and sleep support
• Creating a safe, engaging environment
• Communicating openly about the infant's needs and activities
• Adapting flexibly to the child's changing needs throughout the day
**What We're Looking For:**
• Experience caring for infants
• Patient, nurturing approach to childcare
• Ability to respond attentively to a baby's needs
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and flexibility for occasional scheduling
