Our son is bright, alert, and loves meaningful engagement mixed with quality nap time. He has Haitian and Jamaican heritage, and we celebrate his rich cultural roots daily.
🌍 About Our Family:
We're a queer, transracial adoptive family who value connection, creativity, and collaboration. We speak English and Italian at home, with some Spanish and French too—multilingual caregivers are especially welcome!
💫 What We're Looking For:
You're organized yet flexible, comfortable getting messy while maintaining structure. You thrive outdoors, appreciate art, music, nature, and books. You're gentle, kind, and open to baby wearing. Most importantly, you're eager to partner with us on childcare approaches that honor our son's emerging needs and interests.
📋 The Role:
Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm full-time nanny care including light housekeeping. You'll help our son explore, grow, and thrive in a supportive, engaging environment.
🎯 Requirements:
Non-smoker, comfortable with pets, and experience with infants.
💰 Compensation: $17-30/hour
