Join a warm, organized McKinney family as a Household Assistant and Mother's Helper!
About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable, energetic person to be our "second set of hands" 4 days a week. You'll support our household while occasionally caring for our two young boys (5 months & 2.5 years) alongside our 8-year-old Golden Retriever.
What You'll Do:
• Light housekeeping: dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Kids' laundry and toy rotation
• Kitchen support: dishes, counters, light meal prep & snacks
• Change bedsheets and general organization
• Errands: returns, donation drop-offs, and other tasks as needed
• Occasional childcare: supervise one child while the parent handles the other
Schedule:
• 4 weekdays per week
• 3-4 hours per day
• 9:00 AM start time (flexible)
• Flexible start date
Work Environment:
Our husband works from home and I'm a stay-at-home mom, so you'll be working alongside us in a collaborative, supportive household. We have a friendly Golden Retriever!
Compensation: $21-$24/hour
Must be comfortable with pets. This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking flexible, part-time work that combines light housekeeping with occasional childcare!
