Join a family in West Adams as a part-time nanny for an engaging 1-2 year old! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real impact both in childcare and household management.
**Your Role:**
You'll provide quality care and early childhood education using Montessori-based methods while helping keep the home running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who's genuinely passionate about child development AND appreciates an organized, well-maintained home.
**Childcare Responsibilities:**
• Engage your little one in age-appropriate Montessori activities and learning
• Provide nurturing, educational care for a 1-3 year old
• Foster early development and curiosity
**Household Support:**
• Light housekeeping (tidying, loading dishwasher, wiping counters, sweeping/vacuuming)
• Meal prep as needed
• General helpfulness and noticing what needs attention
• Optional: Additional housekeeping work on non-nanny days (with flexible scheduling)
**Schedule:**
Tuesday - Thursday, 9am-2pm (15 hours/week)
**Requirements:**
• Non-smoker
• Own reliable transportation
• Enthusiasm for early childhood education
• Ability to balance caregiving with light housekeeping
**Compensation:**
$21-29/hour based on experience
**Start Date:** February 25
