Hello! My name is Mikhayla, I am 24 years old and have recently graduated from the University of Washington with my degree in ECE! I have always been very passionate about working with kids and have lots of experience in this field. I have worked as both an assistant and lead teacher in Montessori and non Montessori preschool settings, creating and leading age-appropriate curriculum for preschoolers, and using positive strategies to guide behavior and routines.
