In addition to my childcare experience, I also worked as a 911 dispatcher for a year, which taught me how to stay calm and problem-solve quickly in high-pressure situations. Before starting my master’s program in social work (child development focus), I’m hoping to find a great family or two to help care for their littles with love and intention. Hi, I’m Baylee! I’m 19 years old and I currently live in Kent. I’ve been working in sales as a lead at a tanning salon full time for over a year now and before that I worked at Coldstone for a year but I’m looking for a full time nanny position, even open to live-in! Nannying has been something I’ve been thinking about and wanting to do for such a long time so I’m excited to find something that’ll work for me! I’ve always jumped on the opportunity to babysit for family friends because I love kids. I’m very patient and fun when babysitting but responsible most importantly!
