Hi my name is Lillie! I have been working with kids for the past 15 years. Fully certified in cpr and first aid. I have had Epi pen training, and up to date with merit and DCYF. Just looking for more part time jobs to get through school. I love working with various age groups from 2 to 13 very comfortable with those ages. I’m great at multitasking if you need other responsibilities handled in your household like food prep, cleaning, activity’s and crafts, homework help and any household tasks. I’m in my mid 20s and currently looking for live-in nanny positions where I can bring both my childcare experience and warm personality to a family. I’ve been a nanny for several years and am also in school pursuing social work, which has deepened my understanding of children’s needs and development. I truly love working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for them. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with animals, going to the beach, and being outdoors. I enjoy partnering with parents to ensure children receive the nurturing, consistency, care, and fun they need. I am a kid at heart and love to get down on the floor (or up in a play structure) to play with kids, encouraging their imagination, doing age appropriate science and art projects, adventuring outdoors, and facilitating their brain development through play, reading, and singing. It is important to me to model empathy, respect, and acceptance with the goal of empowering children to solve problems. Additionally, I am very skilled at multi-tasking and time management to ensure the safety and well being of all children in my care. Biggest strength: I give kids the attention they deserve! I am regularly referred to by parents as the ‘kid whisperer’ or ‘Pied Piper.’ While some believe I have magical powers (especially toddlers!), in truth, I am simply present and attuned to their needs and wants, through the laughter and tears. I have 13+ years experience as a babysitter, nanny, birth and postpartum doula, and night nanny for children birth to 15 years of age, providing care for up to 5 children at a time both in the family’s home and traveling. I have worked with single parent, blended, multiracial, & LGBTQ+ families, have experience with twins, ADD/ADHD, autism, food allergies, trauma, and preemie infant health issues.
