A typical day for me spending time with your child(ren) could be going on nature walks, park play or other physical activities such as basketball or soccer (at recreation centers, local parks or even your backyard) if the child is much older. With toddlers, I like to bake and include them in baking and food recipes. If the baby is an infant, a typical day would be adjusting to the baby’s schedule including nap time, sensory exercises, and increasing brain function activity with either memory or speech/language games.
