My name is Morgan Greene, and I graduated from Endicott College in 2018. I earned my bachelor’s majoring in education with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis. I also received my minor in English. I have over a decade of experience in the childcare industry and have spent time with all ages specializing in young ones.
Since the pandemic, I have decided to become a professional nanny and haven’t turned back because I love it so much. Before 2019 I worked in various school systems for years specifically as a behavioral therapist. I am well qualified for my age as I started babysitting in fifth grade and haven’t stopped since.
Known for my organization, I always make sure to leave a house tidier than when I entered. I admire art and am an extremely creative individual. Furthermore, I was the head art director at Linx summer camps in Wellesley, so I enjoy crafting activities. When it comes to educating, I learned everything in college and working in schools about lesson planning and developmental milestones. Additionally, I am a natural with not only teaching your children but getting them excited to learn. I enjoy going outside, to the beach, park, library, museums, on walks, or anything fun and adventurous. Also, I have a pet rabbit, so I appreciate animals, farms and encouraging kids to learn environmentally. I focus strongly on reading, singing, nurturing, stimulation as well as fine and gross motor skills. I have experienced many different types of needs in the workplace and am well versed in handling different scenarios. My focus in college was Autism but I have worked with many different types of needs, such as multiple siblings, syndromes, chromosomal disorders, as well as twins
Most importantly, I take safety first and have a Volvo as a car, but I am comfortable driving a provided vehicle. I am CPR, first aid, and AED certified with training in allergens/EpiPens. I have experience with more than just childcare such as cooking, cleaning, educating, and attention to detail. Lastly, I maintain great connections with all my prior families and am happy to provide references. I am proud to say I have never left a family or been let go. All my positions have either been knowingly temporary, the family has moved, the kids have gone to school, or the mother has had another child and decided to be a stay-at-home mother. Lastly, I am reliable and always show up to work on time. I am excited to build a relationship and bond with a new family.
