Hello! I’m Kimberly, a student in college for business! I currently work as a behavior technician and have experience as a nanny and as an overnight helper with babies as well. I enjoy working with kids and I consider my energy peaceful which is why this works perfectly for me and my past families. One thing I like about working with kids is building the positive relationships with the entire family. My current hobbies are being active and spending time with family or doing school work. I’m honest, patient, loving and most importantly responsible.

I'm home from college for the summer, available from June 13 to Aug. 18. I'm just finishing my sophomore year at UCLA. I'm pre-med and currently work as an intern at UCLA Medical Center. I have BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association. I also have an older brother with disabilities and have experience assisting someone with epilepsy and autism. I've been working with kids and babysitting for several years, both on breaks from college and when I was in high school and middle school. I love working with kids. While I'm home for summer, my preference would be for a consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week, but I'm flexible. I'm also available any days and hours, except for July 22-29 when I'm on vacation with my family.

I am a credentialed High School Art Teacher who has worked with children aged 2-18 for the last 8 years. I am excited to play, encourage completion of homework and chores, help out around the house, cook meals, transport your child, and care for pets.

I love children! I think children are the coolest and bring so much life to us. We can learn so much from children and being able to be someone to help guide them and shape them into amazing people as they grow brings a different perspective to myself and to those I surround myself with.
