Hello Dear Families, My name is Nancy, and I would love to introduce myself. I am an experienced nanny with a background in psychology. I have cared for children of all ages, from newborns to school-aged kids, and I enjoy supporting their growth, learning, and emotional development. I am reliable, caring, and organized, and I would be happy to help your family create a safe and happy environment for your children.

I am a UCSC alumn with a B.S in Cognitive Science and I aspire to work with children as a Psychologist in the future. I am currently a masters candidate in Clinical Psychology and have been working with children for various years. I ahave 2 years of experience in tutoring kids K-12 in Math and English, and I also have 1+ year of Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy application experience with ages 4-15 as I worked as a Registered Behavior Techinican. As an RBT, I worked with children with developmental disabilities to improve adaptive behavior and decrease problem behaviors in home, in clinic and in classroomas.

I am a nature lover who enjoys exploring the world alongside the children I work with, encouraging them to navigate their surroundings in a safe and structured way. I believe in fostering children’s autonomy and providing them with opportunities to explore, discover, and learn through experience. My philosophy centers on ensuring that every child feels safe, seen, understood, and heard. I hold a background in Early Childhood Education and have over seven years of experience in childcare.
