**Position Overview:**
We're seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver to help us start our mornings on the right foot. This is a consistent part-time role perfect for early risers.

**Schedule:**
Monday - Friday
5:20 AM - 6:45 AM (approximately 1.25 hours)
Flexible start date, beginning January 27th
Start time may occasionally shift, but no earlier than 5:00 AM

**Your Responsibilities:**
• Gently wake our daughter and start the day in a positive, calm manner
• Prepare a nutritious breakfast
• Get her dressed and ready for the day
• Ensure her safety and wellbeing throughout the morning
• Drive her to nearby daycare (less than 1 mile away)
• Drop-off by 6:30 AM

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced babysitter to care for our four children, including a 2-month-old infant, a preschooler, and elementary-age kids. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real impact in a multi-age household.

Monday - Thursday
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Flexible start date (ideally January 26th)

Pay:
$10 - $15 per hour (based on experience)
