**About the Position:**
This is a casual babysitting role with flexible scheduling, starting around February 20th. We need someone available on an as-needed basis who can provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our kids.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Supervising playtime and creating age-appropriate activities
• Preparing healthy snacks
• Managing multiple children with patience and care
• Local outings and activities with the family
**What We're Looking For:**
• Experience caring for multiple toddlers
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (required for outings)
• Strong ability to multitask and stay organized
• Passion for child safety and development
**Compensation:**
$22-$26 per hour, depending on experience
