**About the Role:**
This is occasional, as-needed babysitting work perfect for someone seeking flexibility. Starting ASAP (ideally January 28th), you'll be responsible for:

• Supervising playtime and keeping kids safe
• Driving children to activities and appointments
• Preparing nutritious snacks and simple meals
• Helping with homework and age-appropriate activities
• Providing gentle sick care when needed
• Supporting toilet training for our youngest
• Managing the different needs of three kids with patience and creativity

**What We're Looking For:**
• A car and valid driver's license (essential for this role)
• Proven experience with multiple children
• Strong organizational and time management skills

**Compensation:**
$23-$27 per hour, depending on experience
