I have worked with children for 21 years, taking care of them in my home. I had daycare at home until COVID hit and all my little ones went home. I'm very affectionate and I teach them Spanish most of the time. I work with them on crafts and games according to their age. We play together and I establish a daily routine because it is very important for children to have one. Knowing what come next gives them a lot of security. I love working with children. I see my own children in them and that is how I consider them. Many of the children I have cared for are already in college, middle school and elementary school and Currently, I still communicate with their parents.and they send me updated photos of them.

I've worked as a babysitter/tutor, Resident Assistant at my university, a Childcare Assistant in a daycare at a women's shelter, and nannied for several families with children ranging from 8 months to 6 years old. I've had experience with children of all ages from newborn up to 13 years old as well as children with disabilities, health conditions, and behavioral challenges. My skills include patience, compassion, and creativity. I'm super hands-on and I love getting involved in crafts and creative play. I'm willing to help with housework, pet care, and tutoring.

I am an early childhood major and mother of two children. My son is 15 and my daughter is 10. I have been married 17 years to my high-school sweetheart. I am currently in the mortgage business and work from home Monday - Friday but my passion has always been working with children or the elderly.
