Exciting Opportunity for Compassionate Caregiver! We're seeking a skilled and patient babysitter to support our wonderful 18-year-old autistic, non-verbal son. This is a meaningful role for someone with special needs experience. Job Details: • Start Date: November 28, 2025 • Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Fridays full day, weekdays shorter 6-7 hours) • Hourly Rate: $21 - $25 Key Responsibilities: • Engage our son in age-appropriate activities • Provide a safe and supportive environment • Understand and respond to his unique communication needs Ideal Candidate: • Experience working with special needs children • Comfortable with teens • Patient and understanding • Ability to create a positive, nurturing atmosphere If you have a heart for supporting individuals with autism and enjoy making a difference, we want to hear from you!
