- Focus on gentle potty training for 4-year-old with bathroom anxiety

- Schedule: 4 hours/day, 2 days per week

- Competitive pay: $18/hour + performance bonus

Required Skills:

- ABA or developmental delay experience

- Ability to follow structured training plan

- Calm approach to managing toddler behaviors

- Own reliable transportation
