Key Details: • Flexible Weekly Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and one weekday • Hours: Various times including overnight (12am-6am) and after-school • Compensation: $15-$20 per hour About Our Son: • Autistic preschooler on the verge of speaking • Communicates through sign language and AAC device • Loves outdoor play, running, and music-based learning Required Skills: • Special needs experience • Comfortable with sign language • Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) • Must have reliable transportation Responsibilities: • Safe transportation • Meal preparation • Engaging play and learning activities • Bedtime routine support • School pick-up and home care If you're patient, creative, and love working with children, we want to meet you!
