Calling all patient and engaged caregivers! We're seeking a compassionate afterschool companion for our awesome middle school son who has ADHD. Your key responsibilities: • Greet him at the school bus around 4:30pm • Provide focused homework assistance • Help manage screen time and Roblox breaks • Occasional meal preparation and light cleanup • Weekly transportation to swim and piano lessons (gas reimbursed!) Requirements: • Experience with neurodivergent children • Reliable personal transportation • Ability to provide undivided attention • No personal phone/video calls during work hours Bonus: You'll help support an incredible kid while maintaining a structured, supportive environment!
