Are you an energetic, organized caregiver who loves working with pre-teen and teen boys? We have an exciting opportunity in New York City! Our two awesome sons (ages 8 & 13) need a reliable after-school buddy who can help them navigate their busy lives. Your mission: support homework, manage activities, and keep things running smoothly. Job Highlights: • Hours: Monday-Friday, 3-8pm (with occasional later evenings) • Pay: $25-30 per hour • Long-term commitment (minimum 1 year preferred) Ideal Candidate: • Loves board games, comics, D&D, puzzles, books, or cooking • Comfortable navigating NYC with kids • Great at helping with homework and middle school social dynamics • Experienced in managing multiple tasks and schedules Daily Responsibilities: • Homework assistance • Music practice support • Meal preparation • Helping with showers and daily routines We're looking for someone who can be a positive, engaging mentor and helper for our boys.
