Compassionate Caregiver Wanted for Supportive Morning Routine
We are seeking a kind and experienced babysitter to support our 17-year-old non-verbal brother with a mild intellectual disability. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in a young person's life!
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assist our calm, routine-oriented teenager
• Help prepare him for school each morning
• Assist with meals and personal care needs
• Ensure safe transportation to school bus (5:30-8:00 AM)
• Engage and support his individual needs with patience and understanding
Schedule:
• Days: Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Hours: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with special needs individuals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to follow established routines
• Comfortable with personal care assistance
Compensation: $19-$21 per hour
